howl.chat is an internet relay chat network which focuses on providing resources to marginalized, niche, and alternative lifestyle communities. It offers the full wealth of services you’ve come to expect from a modern IRC network, while maintaining a friendly and judgement-free atmosphere. howl.chat aims to both give users the ability to speak freely about a number of topics, including controversial ones, as well as provide a safe-space free from harassment and unwelcome behavior. We give our users the tools to build and manage their own communities, and support them every step of the way.
